Louisiana’s Presidential Primary Election to be held Saturday, March 5th 2016.

The polls will be open from 7:00am til 8:00pm.

The election is a CLOSED PRIMARY, only voters registered as either Republican or Democrat are eligible to vote for their parties nominees.

Voters not registered with one of the two major parties may still have local elections on their ballot.

Local parishes with open races include:  East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, St. Helena, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa and West Baton Rouge.
